I got my order pretty much the way I picked it, as far as I could tell. Nothing seemed to be missing or swapped out, which was a nice surprise since online food orders can be a little hit or miss sometimes.

The best part is that it’s close to my place. I can just swing by without planning much, which makes things so much easier... really convenient.

My food got here still nice and hot, even the tortillas, which I always kind of notice for some reason. Maybe because cold tortillas can ruin the whole thing? Anyway, this order was really good this time and I was happy with it

Stopped in for lunch the place was super clean. I was going to say it was just decent, but no, it was actually really well kept. Tables were wiped down, the floor wasn’t sticky, and even the salsa area looked neat, which I always notice. The bathroom was clean too, no weird smell or mess or anything. Staff kept walking around and picking things up while we ate, which made the whole place feel more comfortable. Easy 5 stars from me...

I’m giving Taco Cabana 5 stars because i just like that I’m not stuck ordering the same thing every time. Some days I’m all about tacos, and then randomly I’ll want a bowl or nachos, or breakfast if I’m there early enough. And the sides and drinks help too, because sometimes that’s half the decision. My family is picky, which is a whole thing, but somehow everyone usually finds something they want here. It’s just easy, and I appreciate having options.

I had a little issue come up, but they got it sorted out really quickly (which I definitely appreciated). Super easy experience overall.

Ordered dinner on Taco Cabana it was just... easy. The menu made sense, I could add the extras I wanted without hunting around forever, and checkout didn’t do anything weird. Food was ready when I showed up, and everything in the bag was right, which is always the main thing. Way better than calling in, at least for me.

I stopped by Taco Cabana, the salsa bar was probably my favorite part. There were plenty of options, everything tasted fresh, and I liked that I could just grab exactly what I wanted without having to wait. The roasted salsa was seriously so good. It’s a simple thing, but it made my meal way better. I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

I ordered catering from tacocabana.com for a small office lunch, and overall the food was fine. It showed up warm, and most people were happy with the tacos and rice, so no big complaints on the actual meal.
The messy part was everything around it. A couple of the salsa cups leaked, we didn’t get enough plates, and when I went to pick it up, the timing felt confused. It was also hard to tell who actually owned the order — the website, the store, or whoever was handling catering, because everyone seemed a little unsure.

It wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely didn’t feel organized. I might use them again for something super casual, but probably not for an event where I need things to be smooth and clearly handled by one person or team.

I ordered from tacocabana.com last night and, believe it or not, everything I picked was actually available. No surprise “out of stock” message popping up at checkout after I’d already made all my choices, which is apparently too much to ask from some other sites.

I got my usual tacos and sides without having to swap anything out or rethink my whole order like it was some major life decision. It was a easy experience overall, so for once, I don’t really have anything to complain about...

I wasn’t expecting to get so frustrated just trying to use a mobile app, but this one keeps freezing on me. The menu is also really awkward to click through, which makes simple things take way longer than they should. it added a bunch of unnecessary stress to what should’ve been a quick task.

Stopped by the drive-thru after work and... it was a smooth experience. The line moved fast, my tacos were hot, and the guy at the window was really nice. No complaints from me

The atmosphere was fine overall, but it got loud during dinner. I also felt like the instructions for where to wait or sit could’ve been clearer, since it wasn’t immediately obvious what to do when we got there.

I use Taco Cabana a lot more now because of the rewards. The points usually show up fast, and I’ve already used them for free tacos a few times, which is always a win. The app and site aren’t perfect, but they’re simple enough and get the job done. I did ask support about points once, and they were basically like, “give it a little time and they should post,” which they did. Nice to get something back since I order from here way too much lol

The breakfast tacos were really good and definitely hit the spot. I just wish the instructions or menu details had been a little clearer, especially for ordering or knowing what came with them

I order from Taco Cabana every now and then, and the food is usually okay. Not amazing, but not terrible either. The thing that gets me is the value. Some meals feel kind of pricey for what you actually get, and if the portions happen to be smaller that day, it’s frustrating. I’m just trying to grab a quick meal, not deal with the unexpected stress of wondering if I overpaid for a half-filled plate. The deals can be good when they have them, but the regular prices could definitely be better. Overall it’s fine, just not always worth the money.

The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcomed right away. I don’t know, maybe I’m just easy to impress, but it made the whole visit feel really comfortable

I’m not totally sure what I was expecting, but the food tasted really fresh and the salsa was actually good, which somehow caught me off guard. The chicken tacos definitely hit the spot. I guess I’ll be ordering again.
